If so that just makes you another Sean and Rush constitutionalist, youse guys scream daily about what isn't constitutional until what isn't constitutional trips your trigger, corporations were not "people" until 1896, another very bad call by the high court. If I remember correctly you had no problem with cheney going hunting with one of the supreme's before his case came before them. If I also remember right, you had no problem with cheney and bush and their habit of finding folks that found ways around the constitution and then rewarded them by elevating them to the federal court, except for Harriet and even their pals couldn't go for that one, lol.

The right doesn't give a damn about the constitution, it is just a piece of paper that gets in their way once in awhile.
