Guess I would rather have a paycheck than a medal, lord knows they deserve it. I just hope there is a way to figure out who deserves it and who don't, it seems it always comes down to money.

The City of New York received $1 BILLION in FEMA money to pay these claims, and now wants to settle for $657 Million.
