And the best Bill O' could come up with was GE?

Maybe we can slip Israel with another target list.

Why do we spend so much time pissing into the wind?

Quoting Bill O'Reilly? Please Laughing.

Sanctions don't work, that is a proven fact.

As for US Companies operating outside the 'official' sanctions in Iran... GE is only the obvious one. There are others which have skirted the laws and rules including Caterpillar.

Yea follow the link to here and see all the companies that do business regardless. Good list of who not to do business with, like Tyson food.

Do you think if they are on that list, they should be disalowed government contracts?

Absolutely

However the powers to be won't let that happen as they want their payoffs. You know we get PO at China for always vetoing sanctions, at least they are honest up front. We just vote yes on sanctions, then it is pretty much business as usual. Kind of reminds me of illegal immigration! Shouldn't even be an issue, its ILLEGAL!

Divey... you make too much sense.

Of course "if" the government had any conviction and courage they would punish violations of the imposed sanctions, but that would mean an end to US government business and contracts by these companies and multi-national corporations.

Isn't it funny there are always lobbyists and loopholes that allow this hypocrisy to exist.
